7ième Colloque Bratislava

Le 7ième Colloque a eu lieu le 7 et 8 février à Bratislava. Les développements actuels dans le domaine du droit de transport et de responsabilité y ont été débattus. Le colloque se trouvaient sous le patronage du Ministère de Transport slovaque et de la Commission Centrale du Rhin et du Danube. A l’origine de l’organisation du 7ième Colloque se trouvait la constitution de la nouvelle Convention de Strasbourg de 2012 sur la limitation de la responsabilité en navigation intérieure (CLNI 2012). Actuellement cinq états ont signé la Convention.
