No reduction can be granted in case of a partial participation at the congress. On receipt of your registration form, we will send you the invoice for the attendance.If by any means you should not be able to attend the congress a replacing delegate of your company will be welcome. The attendance fee is refunded in case of a cancellation 30 days prior to the event, minus a deduction of € 50,– (VAT excl.) for administrative handling fees. No refund can be made after this period. Only official written cancellations can be accepted.
