I hereby express consent for the processing of my personal data by the IVR in order to register me as participant of the IVR Meetings, Congress and Workshop 2018 and for processing my images persisted during the event for the purposes of information and promotion activities of the IVR. The permit in question entitles to use the image by consolidating processing reproducing and distributing the image via the internet printed in publications and other media for the purposes of information. I shall have the right to correct and remove my data.
